1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Participant," "you," or "your") and One Life Reset ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your participation in our retreat programs.

By booking a retreat, submitting a deposit, or participating in any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not book or participate in our retreats.

2. Retreat Booking and Registration

2.1 Booking Process

To secure your spot in a retreat, you must:

  • Complete the booking form

  • Participate in a consultation call (if required)

  • Complete and return the health intake form

  • Pay the required deposit or full payment

2.2 Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed only when:

  • We receive your completed booking form and health intake form

  • We receive payment of the required deposit or full amount

  • We send you written confirmation via email

2.3 Age Requirement

Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of the retreat. By booking, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2.4 Capacity

Retreat spaces are limited. Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of deposit and completed forms.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Pricing

All retreat prices are listed in [EUR/USD] and are subject to change. The price applicable to your booking is the price in effect at the time of your booking confirmation.

3.2 Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of [AMOUNT or PERCENTAGE]% is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied toward the total retreat cost.

3.3 Full Payment

Full payment is due [NUMBER] days before the retreat start date. If full payment is not received by this deadline, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain your deposit.

3.4 Payment Methods

We accept payment via:

  • Bank transfer

  • Credit/debit card (via secure payment processor)

  • [Other payment methods]

3.5 Currency and Exchange Rates

If you pay in a currency other than the currency in which the retreat is priced, exchange rates and international transaction fees may apply. You are responsible for any such fees.

3.6 Late Payment

If full payment is not received by the due date, a late fee of [AMOUNT/PERCENTAGE] may be charged. If payment remains outstanding [NUMBER] days after the due date, your booking may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Participant

More than [90] days before retreat start date:

  • Full refund minus the non-refundable deposit of [AMOUNT/PERCENTAGE]%

[60-90] days before retreat start date:

  • 50% refund of total payment (excluding deposit)

[30-60] days before retreat start date:

  • 25% refund of total payment (excluding deposit)

Less than [30] days before retreat start date:

  • No refund

4.2 Transferring Your Booking

You may transfer your booking to another person, subject to our approval, up to [30] days before the retreat start date. The new participant must:

  • Meet all eligibility requirements

  • Complete all required forms

  • Be approved through our consultation process

A transfer fee of [€100] applies.

4.3 Rescheduling

You may request to reschedule your retreat to a future date, subject to availability, up to [30] days before the retreat start date. A rescheduling fee of [€250] applies. Rescheduling requests made less than [30] days before the retreat start date will be treated as cancellations under our standard cancellation policy.

4.4 Cancellation by One Life Reset

We reserve the right to cancel a retreat due to:

  • Insufficient enrollment

  • Force majeure events (see Section 11)

  • Safety concerns

  • Unforeseen circumstances

If we cancel your retreat, you will receive:

  • A full refund of all payments made, OR

  • The option to transfer to another retreat date at no additional cost

We are not liable for any additional costs you may have incurred (flights, accommodation before/after retreat, etc.).

4.5 No-Show Policy

If you fail to arrive for the retreat without prior notice or cancel within [48] hours of the retreat start date, your payment is non-refundable and your spot may be forfeited.

5. Health and Safety

5.1 Health Disclosure

You must disclose all relevant medical conditions, injuries, medications, allergies, and mental health conditions on the health intake form. Failure to disclose relevant health information may result in:

  • Exclusion from certain activities

  • Dismissal from the retreat without refund

  • Increased risk of injury or health complications

5.2 Medical Clearance

If you have any serious medical conditions or are pregnant, we may require written clearance from your physician before participating in the retreat.

5.3 Participant Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

  • Participation in retreat activities involves physical and mental exertion

  • You are responsible for determining your own physical and mental limitations

  • You will inform facilitators immediately if you experience pain, discomfort, or distress during any activity

  • You will not participate in any activity if advised against it by facilitators or if you feel it is unsafe

5.4 Medical Emergencies

In the event of a medical emergency:

  • We will arrange for appropriate medical care

  • You are responsible for all costs associated with medical treatment

  • We may share your health information with emergency medical personnel

5.5 Insurance

We strongly recommend that all participants obtain:

  • Travel insurance covering trip cancellation and interruption

  • Medical insurance covering treatment abroad (if applicable)

  • Evacuation insurance

We are not responsible for any costs related to illness, injury, or emergency evacuation.

6. Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk

6.1 Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and agree that participation in the retreat involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Physical injury from bodywork, yoga, movement practices, or hiking

  • Adverse reactions to treatments or practices

  • Illness or food-related reactions

  • Emotional or psychological distress

  • Travel-related risks

  • Risks associated with the retreat location (climate, terrain, wildlife, etc.)

6.2 Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue One Life Reset, its founders, practitioners, employees, contractors, and affiliates (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to:

  • Any loss, damage, or injury (including death) that may be sustained by you

  • Any loss or damage to property

  • Any emotional or psychological distress

This release applies whether such loss, damage, or injury is caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, except for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

6.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any loss, liability, damage, or cost (including attorney fees) that may arise from your participation in the retreat, including but not limited to:

  • Your breach of these Terms

  • Your violation of any law or regulation

  • Your negligence or misconduct

6.4 Photographic Release

You grant One Life Reset permission to photograph and/or video record you during the retreat and to use such images for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes without compensation to you. If you do not wish to be photographed, you must inform us in writing before the retreat begins.

7. Code of Conduct

7.1 Expected Behavior

All participants are expected to:

  • Treat all participants, facilitators, and staff with respect and kindness

  • Maintain confidentiality regarding other participants' personal information and experiences

  • Arrive on time for scheduled activities

  • Follow all instructions from facilitators regarding safety and participation

  • Respect the retreat space and accommodations

  • Refrain from illegal drug use

  • Consume alcohol responsibly (if permitted)

7.2 Prohibited Behavior

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

  • Harassment, discrimination, or intimidation of any kind

  • Violence or threats of violence

  • Sexual harassment or unwanted sexual advances

  • Illegal drug use

  • Excessive alcohol consumption that disrupts the retreat experience

  • Theft or damage to property

  • Recording others without consent

  • Any behavior that creates an unsafe or uncomfortable environment

7.3 Consequences of Misconduct

If you violate this Code of Conduct:

  • You may be asked to modify your behavior

  • You may be excluded from certain activities

  • You may be dismissed from the retreat without refund

  • You may be liable for damages to property or harm to others

  • You may be prohibited from attending future retreats

8. Accommodation and Meals

8.1 Accommodation Standards

We provide accommodation that meets our quality standards. However:

  • Room assignments are made at our discretion

  • Room preferences (views, proximity, etc.) cannot be guaranteed

  • You may be required to share common spaces with other participants

  • Local conditions (power outages, water supply, wildlife, etc.) are beyond our control

8.2 Dietary Requirements

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences disclosed in advance. However:

  • We cannot guarantee complete elimination of allergens

  • You are responsible for verifying the safety of food for your specific needs

  • Additional costs may apply for specialized dietary requirements

8.3 Room Changes

Room changes will only be made for serious reasons and at our discretion. Requests for room changes based on personal preference may incur additional fees.

9. Personal Property

9.1 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your personal property. One Life Reset is not liable for:

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings

  • Items left behind after the retreat

  • Damage caused by natural elements (humidity, insects, etc.)

9.2 Valuables

We recommend:

  • Leaving expensive jewelry and valuables at home

  • Using provided safe deposit facilities (if available)

  • Obtaining appropriate travel insurance for personal property

10. Travel and Transportation

10.1 Travel Arrangements

Unless specifically included in the retreat package, you are responsible for:

  • Booking and paying for flights or other transportation to/from the retreat location

  • Obtaining necessary travel documents (passports, visas, etc.)

  • Arranging travel insurance

  • Airport transfers (unless included)

10.2 Travel Delays

We are not responsible for any costs, losses, or consequences arising from:

  • Flight delays or cancellations

  • Lost luggage

  • Travel disruptions

  • Visa denials

If you miss the retreat start due to travel delays, no refund will be provided. However, in cases of extraordinary circumstances beyond your control (such as extreme weather events, natural disasters, sudden serious illness, or other force majeure events), we may, at our sole discretion, offer you the option to reschedule to a future retreat date, subject to availability and a rescheduling fee will apply.

All rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation (such as airline cancellation notices, medical certificates, or government travel advisories). Approval is not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

10.3 Local Transportation

Transportation during the retreat (if included) is provided on an as-is basis. We are not liable for accidents, injuries, or property damage that may occur during transportation.

11. Force Majeure

11.1 Definition

"Force Majeure" means any event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, volcanic eruptions, tsunamis)

  • Pandemics or health emergencies

  • War, terrorism, or civil unrest

  • Government restrictions or travel bans

  • Strikes or labor disputes

  • Failure of essential services (power, water, internet)

11.2 Effect of Force Majeure

If a Force Majeure event prevents us from providing the retreat:

  • We may cancel, postpone, or modify the retreat

  • We will offer a refund or credit toward a future retreat (at our discretion)

  • We are not liable for any additional costs you have incurred

11.3 Participant Force Majeure

If a Force Majeure event prevents you from attending the retreat, our standard cancellation policy applies unless we choose to make an exception at our sole discretion.

12. Intellectual Property

12.1 Ownership

All content, materials, and intellectual property associated with One Life Reset retreats, including but not limited to:

  • Course materials and handouts

  • Techniques and methodologies

  • Branding and marketing materials

  • Website content

are the exclusive property of One Life Reset and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

12.2 Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or sell retreat materials

  • Record sessions without express written permission

  • Use One Life Reset branding or materials for commercial purposes

  • Teach or reproduce techniques learned at the retreat commercially without proper training and certification

13. Privacy and Confidentiality

13.1 Privacy Policy

Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13.2 Participant Confidentiality

What is shared in group settings during the retreat is confidential. You agree not to disclose other participants':

  • Personal information

  • Health information

  • Stories or experiences shared during the retreat

13.3 Practitioner-Client Confidentiality

Individual treatment sessions are confidential, except:

  • When disclosure is required by law

  • When there is risk of harm to yourself or others

  • When you provide written consent for disclosure

14. Testimonials and Reviews

14.1 Consent

By providing a testimonial or review, you grant One Life Reset permission to use your words and likeness (if included) for marketing and promotional purposes.

14.2 Authenticity

All testimonials must be honest and reflect your genuine experience. Fabricated or misleading testimonials are prohibited.

14.3 Removal

You may request removal of your testimonial at any time by contacting us in writing.

15. Modifications to Retreat Program

15.1 Program Changes

We reserve the right to make changes to:

  • Retreat schedule and activities

  • Facilitators and practitioners

  • Locations within the retreat venue

  • Meals and dietary offerings

if necessary due to circumstances beyond our control or to improve the retreat experience.

15.2 Substantial Changes

If we make substantial changes to the core retreat offering, we will:

  • Notify you as soon as reasonably possible

  • Offer you the option to cancel with a full refund if you are not satisfied with the changes

16. Dispute Resolution

16.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [JURISDICTION], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16.2 Mediation

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith mediation.

16.3 Arbitration

If mediation is unsuccessful, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your participation in the retreat shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of [ARBITRATION BODY] in [LOCATION].

16.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, collective action, or representative action.

16.5 Jurisdiction

Subject to the arbitration clause above, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [JURISDICTION] for any legal proceedings.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other documents expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and One Life Reset regarding your participation in our retreats.

19. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

20. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your booking to any third party without our written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms or any rights hereunder to any third party without restriction.

22. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By booking a retreat or participating in our services, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions

  • You have had the opportunity to seek independent legal advice

  • You agree to be bound by these Terms

  • You understand and accept the risks associated with retreat participation

  • You have disclosed all relevant health information

  • You are physically and mentally capable of participating in the retreat
